Sameer Bulchandani

Director

Sameer Bulchandani is the Director and CEO of Avdel India Private Limited. Sameer reports to the Company Board and is responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning, implementation, and business development initiatives. He has been involved in aerospace fasteners and hardware business since 1991. Sameer leads an innovation think-tank that guides the group through a changing economic landscape seizing opportunity to establish new businesses and as well as exit opportunities for existing ones. He remains actively involved in Avdel India’s.

Sameer led the Avdel India team to a successful demerger and subsequent sale of one of the manufacturing facilities to Stanley Black & Decker in 2010. He is currently leading Avdel India’s initiative into the Business Aviation Segment, a new initiative and focus area for the company.
Sameer is an active member of the Society of Indian Aerospace Technologies and Industries (SIATI) as well as of the Indian Society for Advancement of Materials and Process Engineering (ISAMPE) and the Society for Aerospace Manufacturing Engineers (SAME) & Business Aviation Operators Association (BAOA) in India. 
Sameer has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Engineering from Brown University, Rhode Island. He enjoys music, art, traveling, golf, and skiing.

Sudhir Kulgod

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Sudhir joined Avdel as Chief Operating Officer in the year 2020 and he is responsible for overall operation of Avdel India and growth of the business. Prior to joining Avdel, he was working with TAML as Vice President – Defence & Domestic Aerospace Division.

He has experience of over 27 years, and has worked with Tata advanced materials limited, AT & S and National Productivity Council with thorough understanding of production planning, IE & productivity, SCM and operations.

Sudhir holds the post-graduation diploma in Industrial Engineering from TIPIE, Chennai and he has bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Mysore University.

Hitesh Jadav

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Hitesh joined Avdel India in 2013. He remains actively involved in Avdel India’s Financial Planning, Accounts, MIS, and Compliance.  He also oversees all pricing related issues for suppliers and customers, as well as Human Resources Development. He has over 18 years of experience in various fields including finance, business intelligence, taxation &, compliance.

Hitesh is a Chartered Accountant & has completed his Business Consultancy Studies from JBIMS, Mumbai, and is a qualified Information Systems Auditor.

Hitesh enjoys - traveling & reading.

Nandish Jingade

General Manager - Sales & Supply Management.

Nandish joined Avdel India in the year 2002 and remains actively involved in Avdel India’s Sales & Product Supply Management. He has over 20 years of experience in the Aerospace sector and before joining Avdel he held various positions in the Avionics department in Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Ltd.

Nandish is an Electronics Engineering Graduate from Bangalore University & completed a graduate apprentice course from Bharat Electronics, Bangalore.

In his free time, Nandish likes Drawing, Painting, and playing Cricket.

Sr. General Manager-Sales

KVK MENON is a Batchelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BE) by profession besides a Management Specialist having graduated from an institute of repute.

Menon is credited with nearly 46 years of professional experience, knowledge and having worked with several well-known global organizations in several senior management positions across a wide spectrum of industrial segments like Aerospace, Military/Defence, Space, Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Telecommunication, Networking, Process Control and Instrumentation.

He had occupied several senior management positions in the Aerospace Industry like Managing Director of Snecma-HAL Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. and Country Manager of Wesco Aircraft before joining Avdel India as Sr. General Manager-Sales.

Lekha Nair

Senior Manager - Support

Lekha started her career with Avdel India in the year 2000. With her extensive experience in material procurement and vendor development activities, she is now heading the Product Supply Management department.

Lekha holds a degree in Sociology & Philosophy from Mumbai University.

Watching Movies, following Cricket & Gardening are her hobbies.

Amit Mendon

Dy. General Manager

Amit joined Avdel India in the year 2015 and currently handles Avdel India's- Aviation Business which supports Business & Commercial Aviation & MRO in India with services like Trip management, Aircraft brokerage, Air Charters & Concierge Services & Supply interior refurbishment products & services.

Amit holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Sales & Marketing in addition to his graduate degree from the University of Mumbai.

In his spare time, Amit likes playing cricket, drawing, and reading books.
